"Everybody really took good care of me, my stay here was great. The therapy was wonderful. I think that most of the staff actually went above and beyond for me."
Rocco, former guest and present volunteer
"I spent three weeks in The Laurels of Canton for physical therapy recovering from a long illness. While a patient in The Laurels, the care I was given was professional, competent, and caring. I felt the staff took a personal interest in my recovery. The facility is comfortable, clean, and the food is good too. I met a lot of people there that became friends. I decided to volunteer at The Laurels after my recovery because I want to be active. I can say it is a very rewarding return. The staff is wonderful and I work with the Activities Department where I meet a lot of patients. In closing, I can only say they have all done more for me than I ever did for them."
Joyce, daughter of former guest
"Pam, on of your STNA's, had an excellent greeting, great bedside manner, job loyalty and a nice smile which helped to make the transition from the hospital to the Laurels a comfortable one for my mother!"
